North London Beekeepers Honey Show (All exhibits to be at the hall between 5.30 and 6.00 pm. Or given previously to Nicky Faith) Honey judge, Nick Grey, will be judging our efforts and awarding cups and prizes. Afterwards , at 8.00 pm. he will explain his decisions and allow us to experience the different flavours. Hopefully there will be tasting for us all to try. This may well be a very sticky evening - come dress appropriately!! Please will competitors allow others to taste their products to make this an interesting evening. Lecture - BeeKeeping in North East Scotland by Alistair Lilburn A rare opportunity to hear about beekeeping from across the border. Alistair Lilburn lives in Aberdeenshire and has been keeping bees since 1958. He will talk about how bees are kept in his part of Scotland and the gathering of Heather Honey.
